Privacy Policy.
Effective June 11, 2026. This policy covers calyxbox.com, the corporate website of CalyxBox LLC. The short version: this is an informational site. We don't run user accounts here. We offer a contact form, we use one privacy-respecting analytics tool to understand traffic, and we collect as little as the web allows.
What we collect
calyxbox.com has no user accounts, no comment sections, and no e-commerce. We run no advertising trackers. The only personal data we receive is what you choose to send through our contact form, described below, plus the analytics tool described after it.
Like nearly every website, our hosting provider (Hostinger) automatically records standard server logs when you visit: your IP address, browser type, the pages you request, and timestamps. We use these logs only for security and operations, and they age out in the normal course of hosting.
Contact form
When you use our contact form, we receive the name, email address, topic, and message you enter, and we use them only to read and respond to your inquiry. We do not sell or share this information, and we do not use it for advertising. If you select the grower waitlist topic, we keep your email for that purpose until the list is retired or you ask to be removed. The form is protected by a spam filter, and submissions are emailed to our own inbox; we do not store them in a database on this site.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how many people visit, which pages they read, and roughly where they come from, so we can improve the site. To do this, Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser and processes your usage data. We have enabled IP anonymization, so your full IP address is not stored by Google Analytics.
We use this only in aggregate. We do not use it to identify you personally, and we do not combine it with any other data. Google's handling of the data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy. You can opt out across all sites with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or by blocking cookies in your browser settings.
Web fonts
This site loads the Inter typeface from Google Fonts. When your browser requests the font files, Google receives your IP address as part of that request. Google's handling of that data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
Our brand sites
This site links to motorspores.com and turbobatchmushrooms.com. Those are operating businesses with accounts, orders, and payments, and each has its own privacy policy. This policy covers calyxbox.com only.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Your choices
You can browse this site without providing any personal information. If you have written to us through the contact form and want your correspondence deleted, send another message through the form and we will remove it.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and its effective date. Material changes will be noted plainly at the top.
