A Strong, Automated,
Cause-Driven Store.

SporeUX is the platform mushroom farms use to sell online. It packages everything behind our own farm's store, the catalog, subscriptions, Facebook and Instagram Shops, market POS, wholesale, fulfillment, and built-in give-back, so any grower can run it without a developer. MotorSpores is the proof: one farm, its whole commercial side on SporeUX.

The problem it kills

Selling fresh food locally is four jobs.

A web store. A market table with its own card reader. Wholesale accounts on standing orders. A subscriber list that expects delivery every week. Most farms run those as four disconnected tools, and the inventory math falls apart by Saturday morning.

SporeUX gives a farm all four channels on one inventory, one ledger, one platform. The screenshots below are MotorSpores, one farm running its entire commercial side on SporeUX.

The storefront

A store that knows your harvest.

The catalog is live: a variety shows as buyable only when it's actually in stock, down to the half pound. Clean product pages, cart, and embedded Stripe checkout, with Klarna pay-in-4 on one-time and prepaid purchases. No more selling what you can't pick.

Subscriptions

Recurring revenue, built in.

Let customers subscribe and save on the cadence that fits: weekly, every two weeks, or monthly, each with its own discount and free delivery. Prepaid plans add another discount, split interest-free with Klarna. A rotating variety box makes the easy on-ramp.

One ledger, every channel

Sell everywhere your customers are.

SporeUX pushes your catalog to Facebook and Instagram Shops for social buyers and to Square for the market table, syncs stock across all of them automatically, and ingests every sale back as a real order. Your website, your social shops, and your market stand all draw from one inventory and land in one order ledger.

Sell a pound on Facebook or at the market, and the website knows before you've made change.

Fulfillment

The delivery day builds itself.

Every order generates its delivery label. The driver roster knows who's on. Routes are created from the day's orders and emailed directly to the driver. No group texts, no printed spreadsheets, no Saturday-morning scramble.

Because fulfillment reads from the same order ledger as everything else, a subscription renewal, a web order, and a wholesale standing order all land on the same route sheet.

Wholesale

Restaurants and grocers, same inventory.

A dedicated wholesale channel for chefs, grocers, and markets: standing weekly orders, case pricing, and build-to-order runs. B2B draws down the same stock as everything else, so nothing gets promised twice.

Cause-driven by default

Give-back, automated.

SporeUX has a give-back module built in. Route a fixed percentage of every sale to the causes you choose, tracked on a public impact ledger where any customer can see where the money went. Link causes at the species level, so buying one variety funds one named cause, visibly.

MotorSpores gives 10% of every sale to named local causes through this module. Turning generosity into a feature, not a footnote, is the whole point.

Marketing machinery

The brand runs itself, mostly.

The retention work that usually eats a grower's evenings is built into SporeUX.

01

Templates

Email that stays on brand.

Transactional and marketing emails run from a managed template system. The weekly "fresh this week" send builds itself from live stock.

02

Market materials

Print pieces that cook.

The market material generator produces print-ready pieces that connect customers with recipes, pairing with cook-along QR codes on every label.

03

Retention

Follow-ups, automated.

Abandoned-cart recovery, review requests, and a recipes library with a rotating "this week in the kitchen" slot keep customers coming back.

Better together

Pair it with TurboBatch.

SporeUX sells what you grow. TurboBatch grows it. Connect the two and what you harvest shows up sellable automatically: live inventory, forward forecasts, one rail from spawn to storefront.
